Brannan 10/948/0 | Specific Gravity Hydrometer, M100 Series | 1.40 to 1.50 SG, 250 mm
The Brannan 10/948/0 is a general purpose specific gravity hydrometer from the M100 series, graduated from 1.40 to 1.50 SG. With a band of 1.40 to 1.50, it is used for liquids denser than water, giving relative density against water. Adjusted at 60 °F (15.6 °C), the M100 model 10/948/0 measures 250 mm overall and spans 0.100 SG with 0.002 SG divisions. The 10/948/0 design is comparable to the hydrometers in ISO 650 and the withdrawn 1960 issue of British Standard 718.
