The Brannan 31/151/0 is the 175 mm probe version of the Brannan milk and coffee frothing thermometer. Its bimetal dial reads -10 to 110 °C and +20 to +220 °F, with green and red zones that show at a glance when milk or coffee is at the right temperature for a latte or cappuccino. The stainless steel probe is 3.8 mm in diameter, and a clip holds it on a stainless steel jug.
