Brannan TC-021 is a high accuracy digital fridge or freezer thermometer from the THERMcert range, calibrated at -18 °C and 0 °C and supplied with a traceable certificate for freezer use. A flexible probe on a 1 m cable with suction cup takes the appliance reading, while an in-built sensor shows room temperature at the same time. If the temperature leaves the safety zone, coloured LEDs flash and an alarm sounds for 5 seconds every minute.
