The CONCOA 401 Series is a single stage regulator for primary control of non-corrosive, ultra-high purity or liquefied gases up to grade 5.5, where slight outlet drift is acceptable or the supply is constant or below 500 PSIG (34 BAR). It is assembled in a cleanroom and uses a metal-to-metal diaphragm seal. There is no fixed part number for the 401 Series; units are built to an ordering code that specifies outlet range, gauges, connections and options. Choices named by CONCOA include pressure ranges from 15 to 500 PSIG, 3500 or 4500 PSIG inlet ratings, and factory options for single station manifold use with or without purge, a low-pressure alarm or multiple inlets.
