The CONCOA 583 Series AutoSwitch 2 is the 316L stainless steel electronic switchover for critical purity gas in laboratories and process plants. It changes from primary to reserve supply automatically without passing pressure swings to the use line, and includes inlet pressure transducers. Each unit is configured to order; CONCOA gives 5832011-01-001 as an example code.
- 316L stainless steel priority valve and line regulator bodies
- No solenoids in the gas stream; 1 x 10-8 scc/sec helium leak integrity
- Max inlet 3000 PSIG (210 BAR), up to 600 SCFH at 100 PSIG
- Transducers: two 0-6000 PSIG inlets, one 0-1000 PSIG outlet
- Leak detection capability and optional Altos 2 remote alarm
- For high-pressure sources only, not cryogenic liquid
