With two 10-60 SCFH argon/30-200 SCFH helium flowmeters, CONCOA 8065279-01-1 feeds two gas streams, such as plasma suppression and trailing shield, from one cylinder. It has a CGA 580 inlet, PTFE seat, 3000 PSIG (210 BAR) rating and 0-4000 PSIG/0-280 BAR inlet gauge.
