Dwyer Instruments GSTC-C-FC | Carbon monoxide transmitter with BACnet & Modbus® communication | Includes factory calibration certificate

Part Number : GSTC-C-FC

In loading docks and subterranean parking garages, the Series GSTC, Model GSTC-C-FC Carbon Monoxide/Nitrogen Dioxide Gas Transmitter keeps an eye on the gas concentration. Diesel engines employ a nitrogen dioxide transmitter, whereas gasoline engines use a carbon monoxide transmitter to measure exhaust. The transmitter can be used with practically any building management controller because to the Series GSTC's compatibility with both the BACnet and Modbus® communication protocols. The BACnet or Modbus® communication protocol is used to transmit the GSTC output over an RS-485 cable. The A-449 remote LCD display can be used to field-calibrate the sensor in order to maximize the accuracy of the Series GSTC. The display will show that the sensor needs to be changed when its life is coming to an end. The Modbus® and BACnet communication protocols advise against having more than 32 nodes in any given segment. As a result, the transceiver can have a single unit load rating. Additionally allowed are fractional loads. An eighth of the load on the MS/TP network is accounted for by the Series GSTC.
