The Dwyer HNV-SSS21B is a 1/8" barstock-style needle valve with female x male NPT ends, intended for isolating instruments from liquid or gas service. Wetted parts of the HNV-SSS21B are 316 SS with PTFE packing, which suits corrosive media, and its 316 SS tee handle gives low-torque operation.
- HNV-SSS21B pressure rating: 6000 psi (431 bar) at 200°F (93°C); 4000 psi (276 bar) at 464°F (240°C)
- Large seat area and precision threading give the HNV-SSS21B a tight shut-off
- Lock pin in the HNV-SSS21B body stops the bonnet disengaging unintentionally
- The HNV-SSS21B has been tested for thermal stability and vibration
