The ETI 133-627 is the longest Q Series penetration probe at 305 mm, giving extra reach into large joints, deep pans, stockpots and smokers while keeping hands away from heat. It uses a Type K sensor on a braided fibreglass lead and reads -75 to 600 °C, with ±0.5 °C accuracy between 0 and 100 °C.
