ETI 133-637 is the shortest Q Series penetration probe, with a 64 mm length suited to thinner cuts, burgers, fillets and smaller portions. It uses a Type K sensor on a braided fibreglass lead and reads -75 to 600 °C, with ±0.5 °C accuracy between 0 and 100 °C.
