The ETI 327-159 puts ETI's type T fast response probe on a coiled lead, which keeps the cable compact at a workstation and stretches when needed. The Ø3.3 x 100 mm probe is designed for delicate foods, soft rubber and other yielding materials. It reads -75 to 250 °C, with ±0.2 °C accuracy between -20 and 70 °C, and responds in less than 2 seconds.
