Flexbar 20125 is the DG-25, a portable device for periodic inspection of indicators, dial indicators, electronic probes, lever indicators and bore gauges directly in the workshop. Testing is by comparison with a master gauge over 25 mm / 1 in of travel, and the design respects Abbe's principle. For high-accuracy applications a Heidenhain probe with 0.5-0.2 µm accuracy and 0.1 µm resolution can be used.
