The sensor of the DMP6 is stable, accurate, and dependable. The sensor can withstand condensation and is impervious to most chemicals, oil vapor, and particle matter. Warming the sensor reduces the possibility of moisture building up on it. The DRYCAP® sensor quickly dries and regains its quick response time if it does become wet. To guarantee precise measurement in low-humidity environments, the sensor will automatically adjust its calibration.
As a member of the Indigo family, DMP6 works with transmitters from the Indigo500 and Indigo200 series. It can be used for self-calibration, simple probe configuration, and data display using the Vaisala Insight PC program.
