The 8100 pH and temperature metre has an easy-to-read LCD display and is sold as a kit that includes the metre, a budget pH electrode, a temperature probe, 4.01 and 7.00 pH buffer solutions, and a carrying case. The 8100 pH metre measures pH from 0 to 14 pH with a resolution of 0.01 pH and temperature from 0 to 99.9 °C with a resolution of 0.1 °C. Using the supplied temperature probe, the pH readings are automatically temperature compensated over the operating range of 0 to 50 °C.
