Brannan 13/607/2 is the Celsius-only compact whirling hygrometer, or sling psychrometer. Spun by hand, it ventilates its wet and dry bulbs consistently so relative humidity can be worked out, and a slide rule calculator on the body converts the two readings to %RH. When not in use the body slides into the handle for protection.
