For ultra-high purity and corrosive gases at very high cylinder pressure, the CONCOA 493 Series regulator gives primary pressure control in 316L stainless steel. A piston assembly takes the place of a diaphragm to keep regulation safe at inlet pressures to 6000 PSIG (415 BAR).
It is a configured-to-order series with factory-installed options: CONCOA lists line regulation or a single station manifold, with or without purge, a low-pressure alarm or multiple inlets. Outlet range, gauges and connections are also selected when ordering.
