The Multiscan++ S2 256 is the top-capacity model of the Crowcon Sensitron S2 panel, managing up to 256 gas detectors and up to 516 outputs for large sites with complex requirements. Up to two closed, galvanically isolated RS485 loops connect the field devices, and 8 x 4-20 mA inputs sit on the board. The SIL2 system self-tests continuously to localise faults.
