The FL 510 uses a capacitive humidity sensor to measure relative humidity and process temperature, and calculates absolute humidity (g/m³), degree of humidity (g/kg) and humidity fraction (ppmV/V). Two freely configurable 4...20 mA outputs and Modbus RTU (RS 485) are provided. It measures independently of the medium in non-corrosive gases and gives long-term stable, accurate results.
