The Dakota FX81-DL (DFX-8+), part number Z-251-0001, is a bench top ultrasonic flaw detector with thickness gauge capability, designed for laboratory use. It uses a Blanview sunlight-readable QVGA TFT colour display refreshed at 60 Hz.
Storage is 4GB internal plus an external card slot for up to 64GB, and grid batching lets the operator flag inaccessible points as OBSTRUCT. Dakota rates it for 18 hours of continuous running on one charge.
