The DeFelsko PosiTest AIR is a portable, hand-operated tester that finds air and water leaks in building envelopes and rigid air barrier systems. Test solution is applied, a clear chamber is placed over the area and depressurised, and bubbles reveal leaks in a simple pass/fail test to ASTM E1186. It suits checking fasteners, masonry ties, joints and seams in membranes, SPF, EIFS, EPDM roofing and waterproofing.
