The DeFelsko PRBFS is the PosiTector 6000 FS probe, sold as the probe only, so a PosiTector gage body is required. It is a regular cabled probe for general paint and coating thickness work on steel, including wet or submerged areas, measuring coatings on steel and other ferrous metals over a 0–1500 µm (0–60 mils) range. Coating inspectors and QC staff fit it to an existing Standard or Advanced body, since every PosiTector body accepts every probe.
