The DeFelsko SHDD3 is a Shore D durometer built on the Advanced PosiTector gage body. It measures the indentation hardness of medium to extra hard materials such as hard rubber, epoxies, hard plastics, PVC and acrylic, and is used on rubber, polymer and coating work such as checking that thick coatings have cured properly. A test block is included to verify operation.
