A piezoceramic actuator that is covered in a protective skin serves as the control mechanism's continuous barrier against impurities and humidity. This unit is perfect for use in demanding applications because of these features. The 2800 is field reversible and includes a NEMA 4X enclosure. Additionally, it has CSA and FM approval for intrinsic safety. This device can be easily panel mounted and features input and output ports on both the front and back for simplicity of installation.
