For controlling flow in HVAC systems that use both hot and cold water, 3ZV1243 Model Zone Valves are perfect. The 3ZV1 is powered by electricity to open and closed by spring action. The units come in three sizes: 1/2", 3/4", and 1", and they can be powered by a 24 or 120 VAC source. These units are exact replacements for competitor devices and are simple to install.
