The Dwyer BV2M103 is a 3/4" two-piece stainless steel ball valve offering a practical solution for process, utility, and general industrial piping. The valve features an investment-cast CF8M stainless steel body, ball and end caps, together with a 316 stainless steel stem for durable service.
RTFE, a 15% glass-reinforced PTFE material, is used for the seats and thrust washer, while PTFE is used for the end gasket and stem packing. This sealing arrangement supports bubble-tight shutoff up to 1000 psi (69 bar) WOG, with a 150 psi (10.3 bar) steam working pressure rating.
The full-port design helps minimise pressure loss while providing maximum flow capacity. An internally loaded, blowout-proof stem provides added protection under overpressure conditions. Integral actuator mounting pads also allow the valve to be converted to automated operation later without replacing the valve body.
