The Model DMF-41431 Digital Mass Flow Controller allows you to program, record, analyze, and regulate the flow rates of different gases. In order to guarantee laminar gas flow and provide precise and consistent results, controllers are built using straight tube sensors and restrictor flow elements. Variations in pressure and temperature have no effect on Series DMF. Flow set point, totalizer, stop totalizer, totalize from preset flow, stop and preset total, auto zero, and other control functions can all be programmed into controllers. The auto zero feature almost completely avoids drift of zero and span by using an automatic balancing circuit. Furthermore, two dry contact closures are included in Series DMF controllers to regulate valves, pumps, and other process equipment.
