A barstock-style needle valve, the Model HNV-SSS35B Block Manifolds is intended for isolating instruments from liquids or gases. To guarantee a tight cutoff, the valve series has large seat areas and precision threading. Wetted materials are perfect for usage with corrosives because they are made of PTFE and 316 SS. To ensure thermal stability and vibration, the HNV has undergone testing. A lock pin in the body keeps the bonnet from unintentionally disengaging. Male x female and female x female connections ranging from 1/8" to 1" are offered for the HNV. Low torque operation is possible with the 316 SS tee handle's construction.
