For use with the Series DCT1000 and Series DCT500 duct collection timer boards, the Model RDCV20C Diaphragm Valves are perfect for regulating the air pulse in jet pulse type dust collectors to clean the filters. The Series DCV and RDCV are both available with NPT or coupling connections. Installation may be completed quickly and easily thanks to the coupling connection. The valve can be fitted into place without first cleaning and deburring the blowtube and stub pipe. Female threaded connectors are featured on the "T" Series DCV. The ideal arrangement for pulse valve applications is for the "C" and "T" versions to have a 90° angle between the inlet and outflow. The design provides little airflow restriction for an outstanding cleaning pulse in addition to ease of installation. There are two coil configurations available for the valves: integrated and remote.
