For use in air, gas, water, and other liquid applications, the compact, general-purpose, two-way guide type solenoid valves are known as Model SSV-S4F2. They can be orientated in any direction and come in stainless steel with a usually open shape. The solenoid enclosure offers defense against dust infiltration as well as non-corrosive coolant and oil seepage. With a fluoroelastomer seal and a maximum process temperature of 248°F (120°C), the Series SSV-S valves are delivered assembled. With orifices ranging from 3 mm to 50 mm and connection sizes from 1/8" to 2" NPT, the series offers a broad range of valve sizes and flow ranges.
