The operational temperature range of the Dwyer TR-7-AL Safe-T-Ground component is -13 to 104°F (-25 to 40°C). It uses 1.75 watts without lights and 7.75 watts with them, requiring 105–125 VAC 60 Hz power. The housing is explosion-proof for use in dangerous environments and is composed of 356-T6 cast aluminum alloy. It employs conduit connections that are 3/4" NPT and has a DPDT, 10 amp, 125 VAC, 60 Hz contact rating. These measurements are 6-5/8" W x 10-3/8" H x 5-5/8" D, and they come with 7/16" mounting lugs to facilitate installation. It contains two grounding studs and a terminal strip for wiring.The contactor has a 16-2 type SO coiled cable that can retract to 3' and stretch to 16'. It is constructed of molded polyethylene and has beryllium copper contact clips.
