The transit-time difference is used by the Model UFB-122 Ultrasonic Flowmeter Set to measure pipe flow rates non-invasively. The converter may be mounted on a surface or pipe with this permanent type. The lightweight, compact, and user-friendly design is meant for mechanical systems that employ perfectly homogenous liquids devoid of air pockets. With its robust IP65 certification, the Series UFB is shielded from dust and direct water contact. The Series UFB can produce pulses at rates of 4 to 20 mA.
