The ETI 133-441 is a Type K oven air probe supplied with a clip, made for the ThermaQ, ThermaQ Blue and BlueTherm One instruments. The clip fixes the Ø3.5 x 50 mm probe to an oven rack or shelf so it reads ambient air temperature inside the cooking chamber, while a 2 m stainless braided lead runs out to the instrument.
