Fitted with a type T thermocouple, the ETI 137-150 meat probe gives tighter accuracy of ±0.2 °C between -20 and 70 °C, the range that matters most for food safety checks. The slender Ø1 mm tip on a 90 mm shaft is made for burgers and other thin portions and responds in less than 2 seconds. Overall measuring range is -75 to 250 °C.
