Built around a type T thermocouple, the ETI 137-175 corkscrew probe comes with a straight lead for use with type T thermometers. The spiral stainless steel tip measures Ø8 x 100 mm and screws into firm or frozen material so it stays put during measurement. Readings span -75 to 250 °C, with ±0.5 °C accuracy from 0 to 100 °C, for food processing and industrial work.
