The ETI 137-383 pairs a type T thermocouple with a 2 metre fibreglass-insulated wire. The extra length makes it easier to run from an oven or hot cupboard to a thermometer placed outside, and the Ø1.5 mm wire responds in less than a second. It reads -60 to 350 °C, with ±0.2 °C accuracy between -20 and 70 °C.
