The ETI 172-006 is a damped air probe for food storage monitoring. Rather than reacting to every swing in air temperature when a door opens, the damped sensor behaves more like the food on the shelf, giving a better picture of product temperature in fridges and freezers. It uses a thermistor sensor in a Ø8 x 30 mm housing on a 1000 mm FEP lead.
