The ETI 174-100 is a fast response needle penetration probe for the Therma 20 thermometer. It uses an NTC thermistor in a slim Ø2.6 x 130 mm needle, which reduces the time needed to get a reading in food and other soft materials. Probe range is -40 to 150 °C, with accuracy of ±0.4 °C between -20 and 100 °C.
