The ETI 291-401 ThermaData logger records four type K thermocouple probes at the same time, covering -99.9 to 1372 °C. Its 64,000-reading memory is split as 16,000 per channel, with sample intervals from 1 second to 255 minutes, and programmable high/low limits trigger an audible alarm. Probes are not included.
