The ETI 292-701 is the Saf-T-Log instrument on its own, a Type K temperature logger for paperless HACCP monitoring; a probe is not included. Each reading is stored with the date, time and user name, and the Saf-T-Log software archives the data automatically and creates reports. The IP67 unit holds 1000 readings, conforms to EN 13485 and has BioMaster product protection.
