The ETI 294-900 is the Stainless Steel ThermaData Pro data logger with an internal sensor rather than an external probe. It logs from -20 to 125 °C with ±0.5 °C accuracy and is intended for food, pharmaceutical and other high-temperature applications. Set-up and download use the integral USB interface, and the logger produces an automatic PDF summary.
