Fitted with a 50 mm probe, the ETI 294-930 is one of six probe options in the Stainless Steel ThermaData Pro logger range. It records -20 to 125 °C with ±0.5 °C accuracy and 0.1 °C resolution, for food, pharmaceutical and other high-temperature uses. Data is set up and downloaded through the integral USB interface, with an automatic PDF summary.
