The ETI 800-884 is an analogue meat thermometer with a large Ø60 mm dial mounted on a pointed Ø5 x 102 mm stainless steel probe. The bi-metal movement reads 20 to 100 °C in 2 °C divisions, and colour-coded markers for beef, lamb, pork and poultry make the result quick to interpret. Push the stem into the thickest part of the meat or poultry for an accurate reading.
