The ETI 800-890 frying oil test strips give kitchens a quick, inexpensive way to judge the quality of frying oil. Each strip is dipped into cooled oil (below 40 °C) and the colour is compared with the chart supplied to decide whether the oil can still be used. No sample preparation or special training is needed. The pack contains 100 strips.
