The ETI 810-071 is an angled Pro-Series penetration probe measuring Ø3.5 x 150 mm. This stainless steel thermistor probe has a reduced tip for faster readings, is moisture-resistant and suits continuous monitoring in ovens or similar. It reads -50 to 300 °C on a 1.2 m stainless steel lead and is made specifically for the DOT, Smoke and ChefAlarm.
