At 305 mm, the ETI 810-075 is the long Pro-Series high-temperature penetration probe, intended for large cooks and vat temperature monitoring. Its thermistor sensor sits in a reduced tip for faster response, and the probe suits continuous monitoring in ovens or similar from -50 to 300 °C. It comes on a 1.2 m stainless steel lead and is made for the DOT, Smoke, Signals and ChefAlarm thermometers.
