The ETI 810-078 is a 114 mm Pro-Series penetration probe in stainless steel, with a reduced tip giving a response time under four seconds. It is moisture-resistant and intended for continuous monitoring in ovens or similar, across -50 to 300 °C. A 1.2 m stainless steel braided lead connects it to DOT, Smoke, Signals or ChefAlarm thermometers.
