The ETI 810-280 DishTemp is a reusable, plate-shaped thermometer that rides through a dishwasher cycle and records the highest plate surface temperature reached. This gives caterers a more accurate picture of sanitising performance than single-use strips, and helps with HACCP checks. It is waterproof to IP66, reads 0 to 90 °C to ±0.5 °C and is supplied with a traceable calibration certificate. A Bluetooth version, DishTemp Blue, is also available.
