For larger jugs, the ETI 810-860 offers a longer 175 mm stem with a Fahrenheit-only display and a yellow cover. Clipped to the side of the jug, it sounds an alarm as soon as milk hits the target frothing temperature, chosen from three presets or set by the barista. It responds in 2–4 seconds, is sealed to IP65 and comes with a large jug clip and silicone boot.
