The ETI 810-955 is an oven penetration probe for the 810-950 EcoTemp thermometer, intended for monitoring joints of meat while they cook in the oven. The Ø3.3 x 160 mm stem narrows to a Ø2 mm reduced tip, and a 1 m braided lead runs from the oven to the instrument.
