The ETI 860-150 kit pairs a two-channel USB thermocouple data logger with food simulant probes for monitoring fridges, freezers, chill cabinets and food stores. The simulant probes track product temperature rather than air, and the logger stores up to 120,000 readings at sample intervals from 1 second to 240 minutes. It is waterproof to IP66/67 and is used with ETI's logging software.
